M.Hassan has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in electrical electronics. He has profound experience in telecom site management, planning, transitions, and maintenance with Telenor Group Pakistan. He has previously worked with Hitech Networks limited as a back-office support engineering, managing field operations and team allocation in Site management and KPI reports Dealt with outages and Disaster issues, including but not limited to power outages weather outages, and scheduled maintenance outages. He also has excellent communication and social skills to handle the responsibilities. Now he has joined our customer service team as team leader and has been exceptional so far.
